The Draft opened in June of 2014 with a commitment of three simple words: Food, Family, and Fun!
The food at The Draft is as fresh and unprocessed as possible. Our executive chef has spent months researching the ingredients of every one of our menu items to ensure that no growth hormones, antibiotics, or pesticides are present in our meat or produce. Our seafood is 100% regulated chem-free and individually quick-frozen to lock in freshness. We have food delivered four days a week and keep a smaller inventory to control quality. Every menu item is prepared with pride by our chefs when you order so we can deliver hot and satisfying food.
The Draft is a family owned and operated business. The Diehls are a local family with deep ties to Western Maryland. Some family members are employed at The Draft; but all employees are an extension of their family oriented business style.
The team at The Draft is committed to environmental progress as well. We use as may 100% biodegradable containers as we can. Some of which include our straws, sauce cups, to-go containers, to-go cups, and to-go bags. These products are made from sugarcane and will not fill landfills with harmful Styrofoam. Our fryer oils is recycled into biofuel. Also, all our plastics, glass, and cardboard are recycled to reduce waste. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable atmosphere for our family and yours.
