Hi-Way is one of Frostburg's long-time stand-bys, established in 1970 and fully renovated under new ownership in August 2012. Hi-Way is believed to be the first eatery to serve pizza in the entire county. Located a stone's throw from FSU's Old Main, Hi-Way has a strong connection to the FSU Campus. It is a good place to get a feel for the pulse-beat of the campus community.
