For years, I’ve fielded the same question, "Chef Paul, do you think you’ll ever open another restaurant?" My response has always been a generic reply along the lines of, “Oh no, I’ve been to that mountain top already,” or, “No thanks, I don’t need those headaches again!” The truth is, I love food. I enjoy cooking it, serving it and everything that goes along with it! That mountain top is the return customer, the satisfied dinner party, and the person who says, “Wow! I didn’t think I liked stewed tomatoes until I had yours!” Yes, there may be headaches, but I’d rather do something I love with headaches than just live life without it. This time around, I am fascinated with food trucks. Man, what a cool concept! I can take my kitchen with me and do what I love from almost anywhere! Of course, I will have my wife, the love of my life, Kelly, with me to ensure that you will get the best service imaginable. All we had was a dream, a business plan and some people who believed in us and wanted that dream to come true. Miracles do happen, people! Now, I’m inviting all of you to join us on our culinary adventure through the streets of Cumberland and beyond.
