Simon, a global leader in premier shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use destinations, today announced that The Little Beet is now open at Fashion Centre at Pentagon City. The gluten- and guilt-free eatery joins the center’s growing assortment of delicious dining options, which currently includes Matchbox American Kitchen + Spirit, Shake Shack, Sugar Factory and Yong Kang Street.

All ingredients served in the bowls are carefully sourced from farmers and purveyors it trusts and are 100% gluten-free. The Little Beet is now open on Metro Level across from Garrett Popcorn.
