CITs (chocolatiers in training) learn the art of truffle making, chocolate-covered pretzels, and other delights!
Hands-on activities include inserting various ganaches, applying an outer layer of chocolate, and scraping off the surface of the mold.
As the chocolate sets, the audience will discover the fascinating connection between Jews and chocolate; the new 35ft screen and lighting rig add a great dimension to the presentation!
