CCOC BOARD OF DIRECTOR TRAINING

Montgomery County Commission on Common Ownership Board of Directors Training. This class is required under Montgomery County Code 10-B for all Board members who have been elected, appointed, or re-elected on or after January 1 , 2016. The training will discuss topics such as Ethics, Governing Documents, Financial Statements, Audits, Reserve Studies, Elections, Conducting Meetings, Etc. IF YOU HAVE TAKEN THIS CLASS ON-LINE OR IN PERSON SINCE January 1, 2016, YOU DO NOT NEED TO RETAKE THIS CLASS. However, the CCOC suggests that you re-take the class on occasion to refresh your knowlege.
