We can create a world where every individual living with food allergies explores, connects, transforms and advocates to become an agent for change. For three days, the Contains: Courage™ FARE Summit will bring together 1,000 members of the food allergy community – teens and adults, allies, thought leaders, brands and entrepreneurs – to share and learn about living with food allergies. A place where teens and adults can come to learn, find support, and make new friendships, this transformative weekend will inspire fun and lasting memories for all who attend.
The Contains: Courage™ FARE Summit will feature over 40 sessions and 50 speakers. You can expect to hear from leading experts from across industries including research, tech, entertainment and policy, who are forward-thinking, inspirational and motivating.

We are excited to bring the Contains: Courage FARE Summit 2019 to National Harbor - a community unlike any other in the D.C. region - designed to take full advantage of the most historic river in the nation. Rising from the banks of the Potomac River, National Harbor is a 350-acre, mixed-used development designed to include seven hotels, offices, thousands of residential units, tree-lined promenades with scores of shops and restaurants, a marina, iconic attractions featuring a 180 ft observation wheel - The Capital Wheel - and much more!
