Our first annual Dr. Butler's Fall Festival for Health will be held Saturday, October 19, 2019, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at our office located at: 603 7th Street, Unit 301, Laurel, Maryland 20707. A variety of free health screenings will be offered as well as fun activities for everyone!
