Easter Cupcakes - Kids Confectionary Decorating Class

Spring is finally here! Join us at the Creative Saints Loft in the Hyattsville Arts District for a Kids Easter Cupcakes Decorating Class! This event is for kids who love being in the kitchen and parents who love to eat their creations!  Your little one will learn spring time pastry chef inspired cupcake decorating techniques, and how to make their own chocolate dipped cake pops! We'll be teaching how to pipe, frost, decorate, and mold shapes! Kids will decorate their own easter basket to bring their goodies home in.  Be sure to bring your camera to snap a few pics with the Easter Bunny!


 
Each ticket includes: 


4 uniquely decorated cupcakes & 2 cake pops


All materials


2 hours of instruction by Chef Candace McCray of Sweet Kiss Cupcakes


Vigilante Coffee and sweet treats for adults


Bunny Hop lemonade for children


An appearance by the Easter Bunny


 

 
Limit one parent per child due to space limitations.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This event is limited to children between the ages of 5 - 9 please. Exceptions can be made for children over the age of 9 who are still interested in the event! 
 
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The closest metro station to the Creative Saints Loft is Prince Georges Plaza. There are pay to park spaces available across the street from our location, directly beside Franklin’s Restaurant.

Are their Gluten free options?
Unfortunately, no we are not able to provide gluten free options at this time. 
 
My child has a nut allergy. 
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all products used in our batter and decorations are completely nut free. We strongly suggest children with nut allergy’s do not attend this event.
