Indoor monthly market hosted by Blooms Alley. 3500sq ft building located in the hip new Greenwood District, in Downtown Hagerstown. Blooms Alley is an artisan market whose mission is to empower artist and small business entrepunership by providing opportunities for their products to be on retail shelves in an emerging neighborhood.
