Have you ever wanted to try sushi but had no idea what to order? House of Kobe is here to help! In this hour-long session, you will learn basic sushi history and the difference between, sushi, sashimi, and sushi rolls. You will also learn about common ingredients that it takes to make fresh and delicious sushi as well as the proper etiquette to use at a traditional sushi bar. Finish the session with a beginner sushi omakase experience (Japanese plated course meal) served in the traditional Japanese way.
This will be a 60 minute class with a 10 person maximum to ensure a personal and detailed session.
