Sushi 101: Intro to rolling sushi.
In this one hour lesson, we will learn the basic techniques to prepare all the ingredients and practice proper execution to complete your favorite sushi rolls! A complimentary shot of sake will be served to start the class (so, 21 and up please). **Other beverages can be purchased during the class by request. (not included in the price of the class)
