Catalyst - Fall Welcome at UMD 2019
Event Details
Catalyst is designed for anyone who wants to start something extraordinary! This all-day leadership development program is designed for you to learn more about your own story of leadership. You will reflect on questions like: Who do you want to be? What is your story? Are you being the person you want to be? What are the causes and communities you care most about and how can you contribute?
We may not provide answers to all of these questions, but we will create a community in which you will engage in meaningful conversations and start exploring these questions.
Throughout the day, you will identify your strengths and recognize the strengths of the members of your community. You will discuss how these strengths and shared contributions can move you toward action in the greater community.
