Embark on your 2018 Jump Start ! Have you wondered how you would feel if you practiced yoga regularly? Have you wondered how your energy level would increase, how much better you would sleep, how your relationships might improve, how expansive opportunities would attract to you if you practiced yoga more often? Wonder no more!
Join us for the Thrivin' 40-Day Jump Start!
Each student will:
• Practice unlimited yoga at Thrive and commit to a practice at home or at Thrive 3-6 days/week
• Learn meditation techniques and practice meditation daily, Starting at 5 minutes per week and progressing to a 20 minute practice each day
• Weekly check-in meetings to build community, talk about challenges and breakthroughs
• A Thrive Mentor will support you through your 40-Day Journey and your fellow 40-dayers will become lifelong friends! A Mentor will get matched with you at the kickoff or via email if you can not attend the kickoff.
• Journal. Each student will journal to clear themselves of habits, beliefs, doubt and create ideas for vital living
• Celebrate the Challenge completion with a closing party with refreshments
